- Jeep (FCA US LLC), closes October 12, 2026. Regueiro v. FCA US LLC (Central District of California) repays documented past repair costs for a failed valve rocker arm, valve stem oil seal, or valve tappet, and extends the warranty on those parts to 7 years or 70,000 miles. This one needs a receipt or repair order.
Dates this close will pass within days of this update. Check the official site for the exact cutoff time and whether mailed forms must be postmarked by then.

Two details most roundups skip. The Hyundai program isn’t a private lawsuit at all: it is a multistate agreement with 35 state attorneys general and D.C., and its limited fund is paid on a rolling basis, so early claims draw from a fuller pot. The Kia residual is split per capita from whatever is left of the $62.1 million fund, which means “up to $350” is a ceiling, not a promise. Class Action Settlements Paying Out Soon
These closed or pending deals have money waiting, but none takes new claims:
- 23andMe: the $46.75 million fund was approved July 7, 2026. Claims closed February 17, and no payment date has been announced.
- Nelnet: final approval came May 21, 2026 for the 2022 student loan data breach; the payment date is not yet announced.
- AT&T: claims for the two 2024 data breaches closed December 18, 2025. No payments go out until final court approval.
- Capital One: the $425 million 360 Savings deal pays account holders automatically, with no claim form, but payments are on hold until an appeal in the Fourth Circuit ends.
- Wells Fargo: CARES Act checks were mailed by the end of August and must be cashed within 90 days.
